Tower dehorned, ladder intact. Site was bought by a private party, but entirely unused. Power is still connected, but copper thieves took most of the building's wiring. All the doors were welded shut, but the front door was cut open. Site was apparently somewhat hardened with the ventilation shutters and decontamination equipment, but no blast doors or apparent/remaining gamma ray sensors.

Not much remains inside, a few desks, doors, spare lights, spare oil, microfiche cards, random paperwork of circuits. Decontamination and main air equipment are intact, massive blower motors still in there. There's a crack in the ceiling letting in a bit of water, among other apparent leaks that were harder to find. There was some pooled water, but not a destructive amount.

Some racist graffiti on the back by the tower, but otherwise a somewhat clean decommissioned site.
