The property was renovated into an event space and home in the last few years, known as "Sea-Air-Land Tower" or SALT House. The renovation was designed by John Jennings of Dry Design with Gleicher Associates as general contractor. The owners - John Jennings and Sasha Tarnopolsky - have it listed on Peerspace for rental.
