This site is sometimes referred to as "American Creek", "Ruby Creek" or the "Ruby Microwave Repeater". It is presently operated by Telus, and contained an amateur APRS repeater on-site as well. Conflicting reports suggest it may also operate a BC Hydro repeater for relaying commands to the unmanned hydroelectric dams (likely as a backup).
