This is one of the most unique sites in the San Francisco Bay Area as it was a major hub for the City and beneath it was a fallout shelter. The shelter is the size of the whole floor plan when seen from above and possibly larger. he site San Rafael Hills is now run by Pacific Bell/SBC so this facility may have been shared.
